At The Millbrook Inn, the term "local food" is literal: we are surrounded by family farms of every kind. From produce to eggs; from dairy to maple syrup...the inn will always work with local farmers to put what's fresh on your plate, something we've dubbed in our kitchen, "farm to foodie".
Your day begins with a hot, farm-fresh breakfast to be enjoyed in our beautiful glass conservatory or our cozy lounge. Enjoy rich yogurt, home made granola, local honey, organic farm eggs and bacon alongside warm baked goods fresh from our ovens. Our garden patio is open for breakfast, tea, and all-day lounging in the warmer months.
In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a wood-burning fireplace, delicious food, great wines, and local, award-wining spirits and liquors. The Vintage also features a unique by-the-glass wine program, featuring special vintages and giving guests a unique opportunity to enjoy a truly superior wine without purchasing an entire bottle.
The Root Cellar
The building's original root cellar is a work in progress: it will be to transformed into a cool and vibey place to have a private dinner, take a meeting, or taste some local wine with the winemaker themselves. Watch this space!
